Order Submission Procedure
We recommend that you, before making purchases from our online store (e-shop), visit the "Terms of Use" section, where you will find useful information about the process and how to purchase products.
Ordering process
For each new order you make from the e-shop, you will receive an automated e-mail, which will confirm your order and how to receive the products (will be sent to the e-mail you have stated). Therefore, it is important, when creating your account, to enter your exact details (name, phone, e-mail, full shipping address), to ensure the proper execution of your order.
After completing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail, which will provide all the details. Please check it carefully, so that in case of inadvertent error, you can take the necessary actions immediately. You will find detailed instructions for each case in the section of the e-shop Information.
After the processing of your order by the electronic purchasing department of TEMAK, you will receive an e-mail, in which the products that will be sent to you will be mentioned. Please check this message carefully, as the submission of the order automatically implies your simultaneous commitment as a customer that you will repay the amount corresponding to it, paying it to TEMAK. If the order concerns one or more products listed in the e-shop as immediately available and, through the existing automated process, is confirmed by you by sending the order acceptance e-mail, as a customer you are obliged to pay the agreed price at the time of finalization of the order, regardless of any subsequent fluctuations in the prices of the products in question.
As your order progresses, you will receive a series of automated emails about its progress regarding the following steps:
Order Processing: When your order is checked for correct information.
Picking Status: When your order is at the stage of collecting the products in the warehouse of TEMAK.
Pricing: When the products of your order are routed for shipment to your place
Order Cancellation: When your order is canceled, either at your request or due to inability to confirm it
Reasons for Order Cancellation:
- Failure to complete payment process.
- Customer decision to order different products or cancellation because he changed his mind.
Please, for any reason you wish to change your order or cancel it online (while navigating the e-shop), contact IMMEDIATELY with the Customer Service Department, by sending a message to the contact form in the e-shop or by sending an e- mail to e-support@temak.gr. Alternatively, you can contact us at 210 2581583.
In case you contact us when your order has already been launched for delivery, we inform you that, according to the terms of use, you will be charged with the cost of returning the products to TEMAK.
Receipt from TEMAK (Click Away): If you choose to receive your order from the headquarters of TEMAK (62 Tatoiou, Acharnai, Monomati location, PC 136 77, Menidi, Attica), you will receive an e-mail which will inform you about the date and times of receipt of the products.
Receipt of Order by Courier: When your order is received by the cooperating courier company of TEMAK, you will receive the shipping code of the order and detailed instructions on how you can track its progress, so you know when you will receive it at the address you have stated the package with your products.
In case of any pending issue related to your order, you will either receive an informative e-mail and / or sms or the competent person of TEMAK will contact you, calling the phone number you stated during your registration in the e-shop or at the registration of your order.
We note that there is no way to deactivate the above updates via e-mail, as sending them is a prerequisite for securing our transaction and your order. Please, until the receipt of the products you ordered, keep the e-mail you have declared in the e-shop, so that all the necessary updates that aim at the completion of your order with complete success reach you without hindrance.
Please contact us immediately, in case you do not receive any of the above e-mails, as our immediate information is your obligation, in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions.
TEMAK makes sure that you receive your products as soon as possible and in a time that does not exceed the days specified during the conclusion of our contract.
