Warranty Terms
Requirements for manufacturing defects or defective materials are barred within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products, with the following terms:
1) TEMAK guarantees exclusively the repair or, at its absolute discretion, the replacement of products or components, which it will recognize as defective.
2) The defects of the products should be notified to TEMAK within the warranty time, while the products should be sent to TEMAK at the expense of the customer.
3) TEMAK is in no way responsible and the guarantee does not apply if the customer or third parties make repairs or replacements of products or parts of products or use consumables without the written consent of TEMAK.
In any case, any kind of compensation for modifications or repairs made in any of the above ways is excluded.
4) The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper or misuse of the products, as well as incorrect application of the technical instructions governing the design, installation, adjustment, operation and maintenance of the products.
5) Wear of consumables due to use is not covered by the warranty.
6) The warranty does not cover damages caused due to the continued operation of products that have already been damaged.
7) If the use of the products causes any negative impact on people or damage to things of any kind or any other kind of damage, such as production loss, loss of profit or time due to malfunction or improper use, repair or replacement of the products, the responsibility in no case bears the SELLER, ie TEMAK.
8) This warranty excludes any other warranty regarding the products' response to specific customer needs.
9) The notification of defective products does not give the customer the right to suspend his agreed obligations to TEMAK.
10) The packaging materials and the way of packaging the products are selected by TEMAK in order to ensure their transportation. The return of products that the customer received from TEMAK packaged, will not be accepted, if the products are not returned with their specific packaging.
The return of the products is the responsibility of the customer, as TEMAK is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport. All orders are packaged in the best possible way to ensure the safety of the products during transport.
TEMAK is not responsible for any damage to products that may occur during transport. In this case, please contact the transport company. We point out that the cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.
In case the above is not observed and the product to be returned to TEMAK does not meet the above conditions, the return of the product will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer - sender at his expense.
