Payment Methods
- Payment of the ordered products or services is made by debiting credit, debit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover), following a relevant order of the holder. TEMAK SA it is prohibited to store, either electronically or in writing, information related to the cardholder's authentication number (CVV / VISA or CVC / MC).
- The cooperating bank checks the above card details and informs electronically about the approval or rejection of the transaction, at the same time sending the unique transaction confirmation code given by the cooperating bank to the holder. With the approval of the transaction, the user is informed with a corresponding success message and at the same time an e-mail (e-mail) and / or SMS is sent to his mobile phone with the details of his transaction.

The following applies to the cost and shipping time of the e-shop products, which depend on the volume and weight of each item:
- Delivery to your place by courier: It takes 3-6 working days from the day of your order (if the products are ready to be delivered).

The total cost of your order will be reported in your "basket" in the e-shop, before the payment is made.
- For orders up to €100, shipping costs are €5 throughout Greece
- For orders over €100, shipping costs are free throughout Greece
