The Desalination Plant for Water Treatment of the Anavallos springs, with a Capacity of 1,460,000 m³/ year of Drinking Water, was designed, constructed and installed by TEMAK SA. in the Municipality of Argos – Mycenae. This “Life Project” is an important investment as it has improved the adequacy and quality of the water supply of the Municipality.

The Municipality and DEYA ensured citizens and visitors the autonomy of drinking water in periods of water shortage with the low production cost at 0.12 € / m3 compared to the high purchase cost of bottled water, the reduction of recycling of plastic bottles from bottled water significantly reducing the environmental footprint.

SAFE CLEAN DRINKING water now flows in the tap of every citizen and visitor, facilitating his daily life, contributing to the overall development of the quality of life and the Municipality.
