Dosing Systems

TEMAK SA provides dosing systems using a complete production programme of dosing pumps, suitable for the accurate dosing of almost all chemical solutions used in Water Treatment.
The operation of the dosing systems could be manual or automatic, proportional to the flow or other parameter (pH, free chlorine, Redox potential, etc).
The type used in dosing systems is membrane (diaphragm) dosing pumps. The dosing membrane is driven by means of an electromagnet or by means of external motor (motor driven pumps).
The proper dosing could be automatically controlled by means of dosing system TrueDos of TEMAK, with suitable electronic panel.
Indicative applications for dosing stations:

• Chlorination of potable or industrial or waste water

• pH control

• Coagulant dosing

• Chemical dosing in steam boiler or cooling tower
