Sea Water
Sea water desalination is used very often in order to produce water of good quality.
TEMAK can offer a wide range of sea water reverse osmosis desalination systems. Customer can select from the small systems for marine applications, to systems with production capacity up to 1,000 cubic meters per day.
Skid mounted
Our production programme includes skid mounted, fully pre-fabricated and tested complete systems, with pre-treatment of sea water, reverse osmosis desalination, and (if necessary) post-treatment by means of rehardening filter.
All systems can be fabricated with energy recovery device, in order to reduce the οperational cost.
Containerized Systems
Furthermore all systems can be delivered completely pre-fabricated and hydraulically tested, in one or more containers, depending on the size. The container becomes in essence the room for the water treatment could include the following features :
- Thermal insulation
- Sound proof
- Fully automatic
- Ventilation
- Lighting
- Air conditioning
The main advantages of a containerized system are :
- Mobility – The containerized water treatment system may be used to treat water at different locations, for example in a construction site or a camp.
- Reduction of civil work – Will not require a room or space for the system.
- The system is readily fabricated and tested – Almost plug and play.
- Capable of withstanding harsh environment and very hot condition – Suitable for the hot Gulf area, Desert or Mediterranean countries.
Beside the standard models of our production line (capacity until 1000 m 3 /day) TEMAK SA can offer complete “turn-key” solutions for sea water desalination, with much higher capacity.
