THE CHALLENGE

TEMAK undertook to adapt and install the complete solution in the holiday home in an existing engine room of the client, as well as to train the person in charge of the estate in a week. The seawater is stored in a tank and through the feed pump 1.0 km / h is passed to the turbidity filters to remove turbidity and activated carbon to remove chlorine and organic charge. Dosage is then performed with anti-inflammatory fluid to protect the reverse osmosis membranes.
The water then enters the reverse osmosis system producing 10.6 km / h desalinated water with a 44% recovery.

Caustic soda is dosed into water to regulate the pH and water is collected in the produced water tank, where it is chlorinated before being sent for consumption. The design temperature is 18 – 220 o C.
